Alfred (Caritas Programme Officer and my guide for site visit soon) is second from the left, Evaline who is looking after me here at Caritas, is stood to Father Denis' right. The rest of the team includes Martin (project officer - health), Evalyne (project officer - gender), Joseph (field officer - refugee programme), Sister Caroline (project officer - HIV / AIDS), Robert (field officer - HIV / AIDS), Ronald (driver), George (project officer - refugee programme), George (field officer - fishing), Emmanuel (project officer - fishing) and Denis (reception)
They are a great bunch of people and have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. Jamira (standing to Sister Caroline's left) starts her maternity leave today and her baby (her first child) is due around 20 September. And, yes, I promise to post pictures of baby Fuambe!
