What do Ugandans eat for breakfast?

Breakfast is an important part of the day here at Caritas.  The staff gather each morning for a shared breakfast which typically includes boiled pumpkin, boiled elephant peas, boiled groundnuts, grilled cassava, roasted groundnuts and/or boiled sweet potatoes. 
 
 

 
But for me, although I have tried these foods at other meals, for breakfast I stick to ...
